Jaimee began her fitness career in 2016. She worked at Montclair State University Recreation Center where she learned various types of training including HIIT, strength, power, and endurance. She soon developed relationships with many driven individuals passionate about creating a healthier lifestyle, both physical and mental. Excited by her new found perspective on health and wellness, she began to pursue educating herself on different aspects of fitness. In 2022, Jaimee solidified her passion and received her National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM) certification.
Jaimee is a native of New Jersey and attended Montclair State University, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Family Science and Human Development. Growing up in a richly diverse town taught Jaimee how to appreciate people of all backgrounds and be empathetic to individual experiences. Aside from health and wellness, Jaimee loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
